Contact: Julio Rojas-Martinez, MD

The core supports measurement of commercially available fluid biomarkers, typically in plasma, serum or CSF, on single molecule arrays (Simoa, Quanterix) or electrochemiluminescence (Mesoscale) platforms, based on a recharged service. These platforms allow multiplex runs with emphasis on markers of neurodegeneration (e.g. Ab42, tau, P-tau181, NfL, GFAP) or neuroinflammation. The systems are also available for investigators interested in developing homebrew assays.
