Leica Widefield

Description

This is a conventional widefield system for both epifluorescence and brightfield imaging and is equipped with CO2 and a temperature-controlled incubator for live-cell imaging. The fully automated system enables large image acquisition and multi-position high throughput imaging of plates. It is equipped with a Hamamatsu Flash 4.0 camera and a Leica color camera. Leica Thunder software module is also available on this system.
